General Features of the Development

• Seven (7) home sites available - starting at $85K - located at the southwest shore of Wall Lake, Minnehaha County

• The minimum home site is 0.25 acres - and lots closest to the development's recreational area will have unobstructed views of Wall Lake

• The three home sites closest to the lake (5, 6 and 8) are to be sold as individual lot properties as shown. All other home sites are to be sold as "lot pairs" as shown in the highlighted diagram above

• Covenants (CCRs) have already been established that will regulate and control the development, and a homeowners association (HOA) will be formed to ensure that the needs of all the residents will be maintained and enforced

• Complimentary home design assistance will be provided to assist those who require such help in designing their custom personal residence.
